1- Zero Fatty provides meals within the specified time, according to the types and weights agreed upon in advance.
2- The employee package, the economic package, and the lunch and dinner package are fixed and specific packages that cannot be modified.
3- The subscriber is obligated to pay any additional amounts as a result of the modification he requests, and the additional amount, if any, will be collected before implementing the modification only in the VIP package
4- The subscriber has the right to modify the types of meals and the approved program at the beginning of the subscription.
5- The meals received from the branches are prepared at specific times, and the customer does not have the right to choose the time of preparing or filling the meals when coming to the branch.
6- The customer, whether he receives from the branch or through delivery, is not entitled to claim the meals of the previous day in the event that he fails to receive them, in order to preserve the quality.
7- The delivery representative waits for a period not exceeding 10 minutes, and the customer has the right to receive meals from the branch until the end of the day, and the delivery value must be returned to the branch, or he will not be entitled to claim it in the event of non-payment.
8- In the event that groups participate with delivery, the restaurant is obligated to deliver the meals within the period agreed upon at the beginning of the subscription, any additional day due to one or more people postponing their meals for certain days. An additional amount is collected for delivery.
9- Any change to delivery locations and times will be activated within at least 24 hours and maximum 48 hours from submitting the request.
10- The subscriber has the right to postpone receiving his meals or to stop them temporarily for a continuous or separate week during the subscription period, and this is determined 48 hours before, and stopping twice only.
11- The meals must be kept at a cooling temperature of 4 degrees, and thus we disclaim our responsibility for the validity of the meals.
12- On official holidays and annual holidays, you must contact customer service to confirm the suspension of the subscription.
13- The official working hours of the Contributions Department are from 10 am to 7 pm.
14- Delivery service is not available on Friday.
15- Amounts paid for subscription or delivery are non-refundable.
